Matt Harris

Matt started his career by winning ‘Broker person of the Year - Young achiever’ at The British Mortgage Awards 2007. Matt has been providing mortgage advice in Sheffield ever since, and has gone on to grow 3Sixty Financial Solutions into the forward thinking and conscientious mortgage broker business it is today.

Most recently 3Sixty has won UK Enterprise ‘Most Trusted Mortgage Business 2024 - Northern England’ the Prestige ‘Mortgage Brokers of the year - Manchester & North West’ award 2 years in a row, ‘Mortgage Broker of the Year 2023 -South Yorkshire’ in the UK Enterprise Awards, as well as being the first winner of the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Award at the 2022 Primis “Recognising Elite” Awards held at Blenheim Palace.

Offering mortgage advice and services in residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, life insurance and home insurance. He’s been practising mortgage advice and protection advice for nearly 20 years, setting up 3Sixty Financial Solutions in 2008. Known for his industry expertise, great customer service and friendly manner, Matt has a reputation for going above and beyond to provide his clients with the best possible expertise, often negotiating with lenders to look outside of standard criteria. Offering mortgage advice in Sheffield, but covering the whole of the UK, Matt has clients from all over the world. His vision is to continue to grow 3Sixty Financial Solutions and provide the highest standard of service and reliable advice to his clients.

Matt likes to be busy, always has a DIY project on the go and loves his weekends away with the family in their camper van.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Rachel Harris

Being married to Matt, Rachel has been 3Sixty's biggest supporter since it all began back in 2008. She previously worked in Marketing for brands including the NEC Group, Selfridges and the Arcadia Group. She then moved into primary education as a class teacher and senior leader. Rachel now works for the family business and is responsible for Human Resources as well as working to continuously improve quality, productivity and efficiency within the business.

Rachel is known for her positive outlook in life and for keeping the team happy and healthy!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Gareth Brown

Gareth is a University friend of both Matt and Rachel and has been with 3Sixty since 2015 taking on his current role in 2019. Prior to this Gareth spent seven years as an International TV Executive and Regional Manager of Endemol Worldwide Brands at Endemol’s Head office in Amsterdam, before returning to the UK and to 3Sixty.

As a small portfolio landlord Gareth understands the world of property and mortgages from both sides. Using his knowledge and skills from previous roles Gareth’s goal is to maintain 3Sixty’s high standards and levels of customer satisfaction by supporting the team however he can and by looking for innovative ways to make our customers experience with 3Sixty be the best it can be.

If he’s not working or maintaining his properties his passion for travel, board sports and motorcycling keep him constantly on the move.
